    Verpackung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Wir verpacken unsere Ware ordentlich und sorgf\u00e4ltig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. We use plastic bags which we seal with adhesive tape so the goods can not get wet, moldy or dirty. Depending on size and weight, we might use 2 plastic bags (usually we use only used plastic bags in order not to produce additional waste).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. In order to keep the total weight (shipping costs) low we use plastic bag envelopes instead of cardboard boxes if the packages are not too big or heavy. (In our experience plastic bag parcels also often pass customs faster or easier than hard cardboard boxes – probably easier to check \/ feel the content without opening.) Although with a certain weight, we do use cardboard boxes, and we secure them with tape from falling apart, even with possibly rough handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please feel free to give us feedback about the condition of the package upon arrival, so we can optimize the packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. A Customs Declaration (according to the chosen shipping method) will be filled out and attached outside of the parcel. If you wish, we can also attach an extra invoice outside on the parcel (as some countries’ Customs might ask for that). Also if you have any requests as how to declare the content in your interest, please let us know: service@thai-clothing.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Please be aware of your country’s import regulations!<\/strong> We take no responsibility for any additional import and service charges by the Customs of the destination country. This has nothing to do with us and we have no influence on this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Die verf\u00fcgbaren Versandmethoden mit Versandkosten, sowie die errechneten Gesamtkosten (Endpreise) der Bestellung werden direkt angezeigt. (Sie m\u00fcssen dazu keine weiteren pers\u00f6nlichen Angaben machen.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abh\u00e4ngig von den nationalen Regulierungen und Bestimmungen des Ziellandes, kann es durchaus sein, dass weitere Import-Geb\u00fchren verlangt werden. <\/strong>(e.g. import tax or\/and customs duty).     Versand \/ Lieferung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Unabh\u00e4ngig von der gew\u00e4hlten Versandmethode versenden wir ausschlie\u00dflich mit Registrierung (entspricht Einschreiben).<\/strong> Wir teilen unseren Kunden immer den Registrierungs-Code \/ Sendungsnummer und andere relevante Informationen mit. Sollten Sie keine entsprechende E-Mail von uns erhalten, schauen Sie bitte in Ihrem Spam\/Junk-Ordner!<\/strong> Die Registrier-\/Sendungsnummer (mit Barcode) erm\u00f6glicht eine Sendungsverfolgung. Allerdings ist diese Nachverfolgung nur innerhalb Thailands, sowie im Zielland m\u00f6glich, nachdem die Sendung dort bereits bearbeitet wurde, und nicht w\u00e4hrend des Transports zwischen den L\u00e4ndern (On Route). Dadurch kann es durchaus zu \"L\u00fccken\" in der Chronik der Sendungsverfolgung kommen. Dies h\u00e4ngt davon ab, wie lange die Sendung zwischen den L\u00e4ndern unterwegs ist (speziell bei SURFACE Versand, oder gegebenenfalls bei Flugverkehrsbeschr\u00e4nkungen wie z.B. durch Covid...), oder wenn das Zielland internationale Sendungen vor\u00fcbergehend lagert, was gelegentlich der Fall zu sein scheint, vor allem seit Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Der Empfang jeder Sendung muss vom Empf\u00e4nger gegengezeichnet werden<\/strong> (obwohl diese Regulierung durch Covid-19 in manchen L\u00e4ndern teilweise abgeschw\u00e4cht oder au\u00dfer Kraft gesetzt wurde). Durch die Registrierung (Barcode) ist die Ware und der Versand versichert<\/strong> und dadurch ist auch notfalls eine offizielle Nachforschung durch die Postunternehmen m\u00f6glich<\/strong>. Zudem bietet Thailand Post selbstverst\u00e4ndlich eine Sendungsverfolgung \"Track & Trace\" online<\/a>, although some postal companies (of the destination countries) are rather slow or ignorant with updating the data, which Thailand Post is depending on after the parcel has left the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Wir bem\u00fchen uns sehr um eine provide the fastest possible handling and dispatch<\/strong>, normalerweise innerhalb von 24 Stunden<\/strong> nachdem die Bezahlung bei uns (PayPal oder Bankkonto) eingegangen ist. In der Regel direkt am n\u00e4chsten Arbeitstag nach der Bestellung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Samstag Nachmittags, Sonntags und an Feiertagen sind alle offiziellen Post\u00e4mter geschlossen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir versenden direkt von Thailand mit der Thailand Post<\/strong> (welche sich als \u00e4u\u00dferst vorbildlich und zuverl\u00e4ssig erwiesen hat, und mit der wir seit vielen Jahren nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben). Die Versandzeit betr\u00e4gt in der Regel ca. 2 Wochen. Diese Zeitspanne ist allerdings komplett abh\u00e4ngig von der nationalen Postgesellschaft des Ziellandes. Die 2 Wochen sind nur eine Richtlinie, keine garantierte Zusage<\/strong>. We (unfortunately) have no influence or authority on the foreign national postal companies and their processing and the delivery of our\/your goods.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Zoll<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. In most cases there will be no additional customs fee with shipments of private low value parcels. Every country has different regulations though, so please inform yourself about the import regulations of your country<\/strong>, since wir (der Sender) nicht f\u00fcr den Import in andere L\u00e4nder verantwortlich<\/strong> into your country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
